Product Description
Compression spring: It has a wide range of uses. During manufacturing, it is wound into separate spiral coils, so that each coil has a gap (pitch), so that it can contract under force and maintain tension stretching to both ends. When subjected to heavy load, it cannot be completely compressed, and a gap must be reserved between the effective number of turns to avoid friction or other substances embedding, causing fatigue damage. The free length of the spring shall be equal to the actual length of the spring plus the clearance plus the deformation. In order to increase the contact surface of the compression spring, the surface should be polished to obtain 60~80% of the contact surface. There are many shapes of its ends: the two ends are seated, and the two ends are ground equally.
